Not sure if this is the right place either but this is a stand I'm making for my War Glaive.
I'm going to grain the unfinished face (opposite to the visible one in the photo) and use non marking tooling covers in the brake press to fold it. That means no jaw marks from the V. 3 folds, ends and name plate down from the orientation you see.
Then I need to wait for a customer to want some acrylic profiled. The holes are to screw in acrylic "horse shoe" shapes 2mm raised from the edges to give a softer edge of my saber to rest on.
