I'm looking for a Jedi outfit like the one Obi-Won wears in episode 2 and 3 but in a dark blue pattern. Not so dark that I look like a Sith Lord though. I want it to match my Azure Reaper.

Indeed. You can find patterns at places like Joann's Fabric and I'm sure you can get either a friend to help you, or find a local seamstress to do it for you for a lot cheaper than buying a Tunic/Robe online.

It won't if you go to the right vendor. Twin Rose, for instance. It'll look like a movie-quality outfit. |

But, it will still have blue on it. Even if it is 99% silver, that 1% still makes you cool. |

I say Twin Roses. I think they can do your color scheme. If you're not on a budget anyway. There's also a seller on Etsy that does blues and greys as well. Klhoe's Custom Clothing I think is the store name, they also do robes in any color I think and are 501st and Rebel Legion approved I believe. Hope you get what you want though.
