I'll apologise for the quality of the photos right up front - I'll try to get some better ones and replace these over the weekend. So yesterday My SuperSith Raven turned up in the mail, and it's a cracker! Even with the long claws, it's a remarkably sleek design (I'd recommend the longer claws if you're going to get it, folks) - and surprisingly not that heavy, given that from the pommel to the claw-tip, it's longer than the Crimson Scorpion. But what that saber has in bulk and heft (I'd seriously not like to be on the receiving end of
that bad boy!), this one has in elegance. In terms of wielding - two hands would probably be best, but I had no issue with single-handed last night. Here are a couple of photos, one off, one on - as a saber. Despite the fact it's fully RGB-equipped, any ignited shot will be in old-school Sith-style red!

Now I did mention that sleekness before - and I had been thinking about making a saber-pike/spear for a while, so I ordered a few yari extensions and some black vented couplers, and
this is what happened, all eight and a half + feet of it!

With only two extensions:

Regardless of the length, I'm thinking this saber is a pretty good place to start if you're considering a pike, but I'd recommend cutting down the blade size - whenever my next order is made, it'll feature a shorter one - 36" was too much (I was trying to compensate for the claw length, but this wasn't actually necessary).
