Ok ok calm down. What I did was. 1. Find a picture and print it out 2. Taped it down on the saber, then one section at a time using a sharp exacto and a scraching tool carefully traced the pattern on the saber. 3. Bit by bit engraved the designe. On a side note most of the little bits on the body of the wolf I had to do free hand.
I also had an idea for another name for it!? "Skywolf"
I kinda like sky wolf. I got the inspiration when I saw a winged wolf in a dream last night so I went with it. I'll do a full engraving tutorial on the shroud in another thread. |

Thanks all.
Now that I think I'm closer to having a name for this saber, now I need to figure out what colors to use for the blade. I'm leaning to blues and greens
Now, I'm really liking skywolf seeing as I have engeave a winged wolf it kind fits.( thank you Darth Burgaar, have a point)

There is still the sound board and led(s) to wire in not to mention the shroud to finish ( Tutorial on engraving techniques to cover and the final assambly. Well I guess its not that mutch. I should have it done in the next day of so. I like taking my time with theese projects not just because I want to get them done right but I'm also running out of sabers to customize with the materials on hand. |

In my opinion? blues and greens, but green also works with oranges too, both colors of nature, which sort of works with your overall theme! |

I think for your next project you should try engraving a phoenix - I could imagine one looking almost like a stylised form of the Jedi symbol. Heck, I'd consider sending you my Dark Libby for a chance at getting an engraving like that. |
