Seeing all of the sweet modifications people have made to their sabers, I decided I'd try my hand at a couple simple changes. My main inspiration was richmbailey's customized Prophecy:
http://www.saberforum.com/index.php?topic=19578.msg312968#msg312968 I liked his design for its simplicity while managing to look badass. I figured O-rings were something I could manage without ruining my saber. I rounded it off with a Catalyst pommel and some custom retention screws.
Only other thing I might do is design a custom blade plug for it, but I've got some more research to do before I attempt that.
