Not entirely sure why it popped into my mind, but it occurred to me that a Green Lantern symbol plug would look good in a CG saber. For those that don't mind mixing their fandoms anyway.

If there is someone out there that wants one they can surely request it  Wink

Man, I sure have been out of it lately, missed this thread completely.  This is an awesome idea, I'm glad you worked with Ultra to get it put here for forum members!  I'll likely be picking up a blade plug from you at some point.

Have you thought of doing up some Republican credits?

I haven't actually. I will have to look into it. I think they would look really nice in some of the metals that are available to print in.

I defiantly second this, it would be a great touch to a costume to have a few credits in a pouch or pocket.

Thanks, richmbailey. Speaking of materials...

Full Color Models Now Available

I am pleased to announce the models above are now available to be printed in brilliant full color, utilizing the Full Color Sandstone material. This versatile material is dyed as it is printed to showcase models in colorful ways. Due to the implications of printing the material and the process it takes to rework models to be printed in multiple colors, this is only an option for the models you see above. These new options add stunning detail to the finished product, without sacrificing much detail in the model itself.

I hope you are as excited as I am to be able to offer these popular models in their newly colored forms. As always, feel free to ask any questions you may have.

It is not as strong as the other plastics I have made available. The sandstone by itself is very brittle, but is finished with a cyanoacrylate sealant after being printed to ensure durability. That being said, it is mainly intended for display purposes and not everyday use.

Basically, if you want a nice display piece, these will serve the purpose nicely. If you want something functional to carry around regularly, I would recommend one of the other plastics.

Thanks, I will defiantly have to go with one of the plastics then.

The same guidelines stated on the previous page for the custom prop pieces apply for this as well. I look forward to hearing from you!  Smiley

Yes, it should fit fine. The shroud is almost an inch longer than the main body of the hilt. That may give you an idea of where you might place it.

Any saber that has a 1.45" outer diameter will work with the shroud.
