Do you give military discounts and if so how do I go about doing that?

I don't know if any admins saw this as it's been up for a couple days and no reply. I just wanted to bump it up so it might get another chance to be viewed

I wouldn't be opposed to it, but I have no idea how to verify who's active duty.

That's also what I was thinking. We don't want just anyone saying they're in the army.

Does each soldier have an I.D. number that is accessible to the public? Hmm, I don't know about that. What about hitting up an automotive dealer that does military discounts and ask what their process is?

Its sticky on an information angle, says this NCO. My best proof of status is my DD214 (discharge papers) and I don't go throwing it around lightly. I don't think you're supposed to share military IDs either.

Service men and women are issued Military ID cards that can be checked in person. Online, there's really no way to verify.

Ah, bummer. I wonder how car dealerships do it then? Hmm.

During the loan process a car dealer wants proof of employment. My brother was in the business...

We can flash our ID's at car dealerships.... cinemas.... shops... can't really do that online unfortunately.
