hey just got my new lightsaber in and its amazing i got the warglaive with rbgw emerald and sound but i had some questions about the batteries; when not using the batteries in the saber should they be place back on the charger even if they do not need to be charged. I have the always on version for the av switch so the batteries will drain if i leave them in. I dont want to harm the batteries by leaving them on the charger for to long. Also does anyone know the email address to contact emory i want to contact him and tell him what a great job ultrasabers did on this lightsaber

Thanks Rob

If you don't have the Recharge Port setup, then store the batteries outside the saber in the charger (or, if you have more than 4 batteries, then cycle through them from time to time so that all batteries are charged to prevent damage). You can't overcharge and damage them by doing so since they have built-in protection against overcharge and other hazards.

If you don't have a recharge port then you could also do this trick

take a small piece of electrical tape (US should have included one inside your saber when they shipped it to you) and place it on one side of the battery to stop the flow of electricity. When you want to use your saber you can simply remove the piece of tape. this way you don't have to constantly worry about your AV switch draining your batteries

I have a recharge port on mine so it usually sits plugged in
