I think the mantis lower part can be (the covertec wheel holds something in place) im just not sure how they thread weather iths the outer part of the hilt that threads to the elbow or if its the interior that threads to the elbow

No updates on further customization, just a little bit of........ procrastination, lol

As I've now got an Azure Menace, seemed logical to try the Menace Emitter and pommel on this hilt....  Smiley

Oh, I do like that menace emitter on there.
I think I'm just into that emitter right now, I order a dark one to go on a reaper.

As much as I hate to necrobump old threads, I just saw this, and I have to ask - what's the overall length, both with the original setup and the new one you've got going?  I've always loved curved sabers, and this is really the first one I saw that's MHS parts that really grabbed me

Funny that this has come back from the past . . . this saber has seen a little bit of action recently after months of no luv, lol . . .

Oh yea . . . sorry man, this slipped my mind . . . The Curved Reaper measures a little over 19" in the original configuration and with the MHS pommel & emitter I currently have on it measures about 11" . . . you can get an idea of its length with the pic showing it next to the Dominix LE v4 and Initiate v4 with Archon classic pommel on the first page . . . cheers  Smiley

Its an LED module (not MLS) and it sits just above the switch . . . I put quick disconnects in mine so depending on how the connector & wires sits the LED module can sit a little into the emitter, with my current setup using a 24" blade it works great . . . .

So could you just unscrew the mantis bottom half with no issues with the guts? my brother got the mantis and would like to do some customizing to it but we definitely don't want to mess up the wiring
