Yeah, congratz to all! you Lucky so and so's!! I REALLY need to get in on one of those.. though I fear it will never happen as the wife has practically banned any more sabers in my home.. I only have 3!! .. well plus some of the toy ones.. something about too expensive.. blah blah blah.. hehe..
Wives, what do they know?  Three is nowhere near enough. But then I imagine most of those that have 20 or more Ultrasabers are probably single. |

I'm facing that same challenge. I had to sit this round out. I only have 4 so far and the only reason I have that many is one was a free initiate I got with summer deals and another was a friend's free initiate that I worked out a deal for. |

Molina. Could be and also work really hard to have some extra fun money that doesn't involve doing airport.  It seems from the most recent postings that more wives are slowly coming on board but someone has to have a clearer vision about the financial obligations and putting food on the table ( aside from Mac & Cheese ). I say get her a saber in hot pink and just leave it there with a note saying thanks and something personal. |

We all come from different backgrounds, different occupations, countries and wide age range. Some have little disposable income, whereas others have more. It comes down to the economics we all find ourselves engaged in daily. Both my wife and I work. I have a retirement pension from the Army and I am 10 yrs away from my 2nd retirement. My girls are finishing college, working and moving on in life. They do not rely on me as much as before. Many on the forum have young families and their priorities are just that and rightfully so. For me, I have reached a point in life that is not as financially burdened than 20 yrs ago. It is much easier for me to acquire these wonderful sabers now, than it would have been 20 yrs ago. Priorities change as we all age and some of us are lucky enough in our youth to achieve greater economic status much earlier than most. That's my take on saber purchasing.  |

No, not too seriously. I just read much about some folks wrestling with purchasing or not purchasing, most reasons stemming from responsibilities. We all achieve what we go after in life, one way or another. LOL! I highly doubt you are a "cubicle-dwelling wage slave". You obviously serve an important function in your organization, though I do feel the trappings of my own "Hoth Ice Cave" from time to time. |

Well, I do spend my days in a 6' x 8' cube, but I just like to throw in the wage slave part for fun. Sometimes, depending on the bosses mood, it feels more like a Rancor pit then an ice cave.  It pays the bills and buys the sabers though so I'm not complaining. |
