I recently purchased a complete replica Jedi costume. Prior to this purchase, I had purchased only a black robe which I used in combination with regular clothing I already had. Like many of you who are just starting to buy Ultra Sabers and do not yet have costumes, The search for a costume was a bit daunting at first. There are many vendors out there to choose from. Based on others' comments posted on Saber Forum, Twin Roses and Jedi Robe appear to be the most recommended suppliers. I chose to buy the Obi Wan Tunic set from Jedi Robe. For the benefit of those of you who are still trying to decide what costume you want, I will use this review to show you an example of a product available from Jedi Robe.
Here are the Obi Wan Tunic set trousers.

These trousers are a polyester / cotton mix and have an elastic waistband to accommodate a wide range of waist sizes. On this medium size pair, the leg inseam is only about 21". There are no pockets or front zipper. The color is a light tan. If you wear boots as part of your costume, the length of the trouser leg will not be a problem. I would have preferred that the color was darker to match the color of the inner tunic. I would also have preferred that the trousers have the standard front and side pockets for keys and wallet. Jedi Robe does sell accessory pouches that can be attached to the Jedi belt and of course used for keys and wallet. Since I don't have boots, I'm going to use my standard dark brown Haggar trousers instead.
Here is the Obi Wan Inner Tunic.

If you look closely at the left edge of the first picture, you will see the tunic sleeve laying on top of the trousers which illustrates the color difference between them. The inner tunic is all cotton and has a three button closure across the right shoulder / upper chest area. The buttons are inserted through elastic loops.
Here is the Obi Wan Outer Tunic.

The outer tunic is all cotton and has no closures, neither buttons nor Velcro. There are two buttons on the outer tunic, one on each shoulder as shown in the second picture. These buttons are used to attach the tabards.
Here are the Obi Wan Tabards.

I couldn't find tags identifying the fabric, but they feel like they are the same fabric as the outer tunic. In the second picture you will see the elastic loops that attach to the buttons on the outer tunic.
Here is the JRA Obi Wan waist sash.

The waist sash is all cotton and equipped with a Velcro closure.
Here is the JRA Obi Wan Leather Belt

As you can see in the first two pictures, the belt comes with a Velcro closure. When I received the belt, one of the center leather straps was not securely attached to the front "buckle" as illustrated in the third picture. I think this leather strap was loose to allow for fit adjustment after closing the back Velcro closure.
Here is the brown Jedi robe

This is the one piece of the costume I did not purchase from Jedi Robe. The robes sold by Jedi Robe are one size only and described as being 5 feet (60 inches) from shoulder to hem. As I am only about 54 inches from shoulder to floor, the robes sold by Jedi Robe would be too long for me. This robe was purchased from Largemouth Industries through Amazon.com. At the time I purchased it, the Amazon site had the option for multiple sizes so that I was able to order the one that would fit best. The robe is made of polyester and has a small 1 1/2 Velcro closure at the neck. For the brown robe I would have preferred that Largemouth use a Velcro strip in a matching brown color.
Now here's a few pictures with the tunic set fully assembled.
