This is a blade plug that I made after reading a thread by SuperSword on "Uses For Old Blades": http://www.saberforum.com/index.php?topic=2729.0 I started a new topic because I didn't want to crowd his topic with all my pictures. This idea came from a post by Big Boss on the best use for an old saber blade I took this advice and made my own blade plug today from an old electric razor I had. I used the plug on my GB Apparition( http://www.saberforum.com/index.php?topic=2487.15). Here are my pictures Took the vented cover from my razor  Used hot glue to set it into the end of my cut-down blade  Length Wise shot of the plug  Side View of the plug  Blade plug "Ignited" is Extremely Bright!!  Angle view of lighted pommel  Blade and Plug Ignited with lights on  Blade and Plug Ignited with lights off  Blade plug from pommel view  Thank you to SuperSword for coming up with the topic of "Uses for old blades" and special thanks to Big Boss for the inspiration of this blade plug. At least I have a couple more razor parts to experiment on. Also, like you said, the glue does peel off. Thanks for adding the link to the razor parts, I forgot that. Thank you everyone else who commented so far. I'm always happy to share what I can with all of you. BTW, this also opens up the opportunity to use Lee Filters to have almost ANY color you want come out of the pommel. |

I'm gonna try this, but it's completely ridiculously hard to find a hardware store with 1" PVC pipes here in Sweden. Not to mention polycarbonate. Frickin' impossible.
And I definitely don't wanna cut off a part of one of my blades.. Gonna check all the stores around here and see what I find..
