i feel sabers at that size approach katana length and best suited to kendo style fighting. as with all our initiates, they lend well to fencing, and swashbuckling styles.

The funny thing is, my fencing weapons (I'm a foilist) are about 35" or so from guard to tip.  This is longer than ANY of my lightsaber blades in hilt!

Then again, weight is a factor.  I agree with you partially, but I feel like the 32" is perfect for that sorta quick one handed style.  32" midgrade is what I would want to go with.

That's what I use on my single saber. The mid-Grade's grew on me. Grin

wanted to take up fencing, but seems any hope of startup capital is getting dumped in sabers.... Undecided

even when i look at my 32"-ers they just say, "hey, i like being held with one hand" when i use 2 hands it makes it feel shorter for some reason.

Well your V3 is the largest one you have, the prophecy and initiate v2 are pretty close in size.

I tell you a 32 in something normal like a dominix.

You should check with the YMCA, they usually have some inexpensive classes going on in various sports.  Another option is to check with the City/County Parks and Recreation Association, I know here they put on a wide assortment of activites that is better than the YMCA.
