Phantom Initiate Le V3 review

I wanted to share a little love for the Phantom Initiate Saber Staff.  Here is a link to my video review:

Also, a few pictures.  You will note that I prefer the silver hilt on the Le version over the standard black.  I think this provides just a bit more bling:

   
 

One of the Dark Initiates was purchased just a couple of months ago.  I had it come with the Tri-Adegan silver with color discs, non-illuminated AV switch and the Obsidian V3 soundboard.  Fantastic all around!  

The other Dark Initiate was purchased over a year ago, as a stunt saber.  I was promptly bitten by the light saber bug and decided to convert to sound.  This one is the result of two failed attempts before achieving success on the third try.  In retrospect, I would have left the building of sabers to the experts at UltraSabers.  I spent too much time (that I just didn't have), money and frustration on the project.  

The sabers are joined by a flush black adjustable vented coupler, with the AV switches aligned.

All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend the Phantom Initiate Le V3 saber staff to anyone considering it, with or without sound.  It is a beautiful and multi-functioning light saber.

Darth Lacrosse hahaha. Great review and that is a sweet looking staff. I agree that the LE version is much better than the standard. I went with the LE on my Apprentice v4 staff because I just feel like a hilt looks better with a little color contrast.

Thank you.  I have to admit that purple is becoming my favorite color.  The purple blade with black LE hilt is simply a sharp combination!

Very nice!  Good to see the V3 again, too. It looks great with the LE contrast and the silver AV switches, too.
