can anyone on the forum help me with my quick disconnect problem

my Dark Menace was a stunt saber with quick disconnect at first then went back to US for V4 sound

What are you asking for help with here? You just said you sent it back for sound. What is the problem?

my saber has sound now and I don't know how to put the other MLS unit on the saber that has flash on clash with it

You would have to solder the wire with the red connector to the FoC terminal of your sound board. Then you can use the LED with FoC. The other modules can also be used, the FoC connector would be unused then.
