Just received my first saber, which  was the reaper, though I noticed the pommel was basically open, with the battery pack being slightly visible. I don't have to  worry about it all falling out, right??

If your saber has sound (and I'm assuming you mean the speaker, as opposed to the battery pack) then it shouldn't fall out. It's a pretty snug fit.
