Punctuation buddy! If the costs are out of you're range, try finding a local group who are saber enthusiasts and might take you in. I don't live in Canada, so I can't help you there, but that's where I would start...well, if i were you, I'd start putting periods and commas first!😁

A free one.. get yerself on facebook and join the Saber Legion. They have a Distance Learning page which provides you with a Tutor and a family of Saber enthusiasts which you can then share videos with and learn the basic forms.. #AWESOMESAUCE!!

I don't think there is a better, it's all about personal preference. I'd suggest looking up some schools on YouTube and seeing what they have to offer and then deciding which one you'd most like to study. That's what I did, since I'm not all that close to any lightsaber schools either and the martial arts training in my area is only so-so as far as available training with swords.

Don't neglect the foundation. I can't stress this enough. Too many people want to do advanced techniques and philosophies before even getting the basics nailed down. You said you've tried some things without movement. Do you know how much movement is required as you start to advance? Even introductory martial arts require movements and footwork practice.
Juyo/Vaapad (Form VII) is full of advanced techniques. Ask yourself this, how ready are you? If it's your end goal, then work towards it, but if you're really not ready for it right now, then don't rush it. Take your time and enjoy the learning and practice.

Juyo is form VII, of which Vapaad is a variation. Form VI is Niman. Form VII has been done,at least to some extent, by at least two Lightsaber combat systems, and I think a third. If you search the forums, there are several videos. However, learning Juyo requires a knowledge and certain level of mastery in all of the forms before it. If you don't have those, you'll have very limited success trying to study it.

You're welcome to come give TPLA a try, we're a free resource and help you train via online submission. You'll start in Shii-Cho and progress through the Forms during your training. Niman and Juyo are two advanced Forms that only Headmasters train in, but you could get there eventually!

TPLA - Terra Prime Light Armory. They do a lot of training videos online for people who cannot make it to regular classes or don't have any easy way to get anywhere to train.
They are not the only ones out there that do this, but they are well organized with a set progression through the Lightsaber forms they've built.
Just search TPLA on YouTube, and start with the Shii Cho, Form I videos. They also have a good Facebook page that I don't have a link to at the moment, but if you search them on Facebook you should find them pretty easily.
