I really miss MOCing. I need to fully document some of my surviving builds because I was particularly proud of them. Then they can be shredded. A little difficult right now with a toddler running amok.
As for the movie....I have 2.
One (trilogy) is based on the sci-fi verse of the Wipeout game franchise. Think MarioKart in low-altitude high speed aircraft, on tracks that rival most roller coasters.

This is the where my MOC designs will come into play. Some of which I specifically designed on this premise. I know racing is difficult to work into a feature length plot, so the movies will primarily focus around a drama orbiting the races (since it will take place over a period of years).

The second is a Star Wars movie...that will actually feel like Star Wars. {Shameless self-insert} It will center around Darth Logos

during the time of SWTOR. I need to do some more research into the OCEU to make sure I don't break lore (because I F#$^ing hate that). But I want to dive into aspects of Force use that few if any really think about (both light and dark and realms in between), but mainly I want Sith being Sith on a level that make Sidious look like a total newb. And no it won't just be "I'm a bad guy and I do bad things cuz I'm a bad guy." It will be adherence to the Sith Code. Power is only the middle of the equation; its acquisition has to serve a greater ultimate purpose on the path to victory. So that should be fun. I might be able to sell Disney on the notion of running it as a Legends story (because nobody gives a wet fart about DSW). Then I won't have to play by their BS lore, and actually make a story that fans can just go watch, be entertained by, and then go research to death after should they so choose. Not the Disney formula of "watch all of our crap, read all of our crap, and play all of our crap games to know why this story hinges on something small, making the galaxy an even tinier place."
And I'm always looking for ways to shoehorn my friends into at least cameo roles, just so they can be in a movie. Spots for all my forum peeps.
