A couple weeks ago about three 75$ mystery box sabers. With as many sabers I have bought in the past this is the first time I’ve been disappointed. My three sabers were aeon v2, apprentice and a dark apprentice all in red. Getting three basic hilts all in the same color was a downer.

But the Aeon V2 is one of the best! No matter what color! I'd have one in every color if it wasn't stupidly pointless  And I have more Apprentices than Ariel had Dinglehoppers, and I would STILL welcome more! Oh, and none of them have sound either |

I know getting repeat sabers can be a disappointment but they are still great sabers. Perhaps make a staff or try a mod you wouldn't be willing to try on a more expensive saber?

Or gift them.  I was thinking about getting my youngling cousins a pair of MBs for Christmas so we can fight when I see them again. But I'm worried I'll not be able to resist the temptation of keeping a hilt that I don't have, and switching it out for a lesser hilt.  |

Yes. I know you can get it on the Aeon V2. I also had a Bellicose with it for a while. The Bellicose has a fourth "master" switch that turns the whole saber on-off. So you can set a color and leave it if you like. :-) |
