Me too. Honestly I just feel sorry for them, I hope this isn't too much of a nightmare for US. :\ I'm having issues as well (though not surprised with the transition being at the same time.) None of my orders or saved history or points are showing, but I'm certain their working it out. If anything I have the emailed invoice as backup.

I emailed them to see if it was just me having the issue before checking in here and they said they're still bring some of the info over to the new site and to email them to find out that status on the order

I work on ERP delivery, particularly around data migration. Transactional data such as orders is often loaded in blocks such as months and years. My 2017 transactions are showing, but 2018 are missing. So expect them to be uploaded in the next block.
My points are missing from my profile, but if I raise another order the option to use them as a discount is there.
This could be a table that hasn't been loaded to link points to profile, but has for orders.
These processes can be incredibly painful, just be patient and give them time. All existing data will be backed up as standard, so don't worry. The force is strong with UltraSabers.. They will not let us down!

I just checked my account on the site and couldn't get in without resetting my password. Once I did that all of my orders were there but showing processing instead of shipped. My reward points aren't there yet. It just tells me the Force isn't with me when I try to check them.
I want to revamp my website but haven't for this very reason. When moving data sometimes it doesn't all transfer where you want it. I know it's frustrating for them and I can only imagine how stressful it is right now.
As for what I'm doing today..... Making more YouTube videos and cleaning the pool.

Currently planning on going swimming and climbing since trying not to drown or fall fifty feet will definitely distract from the anticipation. I should be studying for my neuroanatomy exam but anticipation is one hell of a drug.
