Prophecy Chassis

Hello everyone! I'm starting my first saber install on a Prophecy. I'm using a Nano Biscotte V4, 18650 LI battery, 2.1mm recharge port, and a 28mm premium speaker. However, I am at a complete loss for selecting a chassis for the prophecy. I know the ID for the lower section of the hilt it 1.25", but its so shallow (a couple of inches) that I wouldnt be able to use MHS chassis parts. I have no idea where to go from there, has anyone else a good chassis solution for the prophecy? Thank you, and MTFBWY

My guess would be 'Shapeways'.

The tricky part is finding out how long the 1.25" section is and how much space you got in the 'about 1" ID' section

When you have that information, you might be able to e.g. combine the 0.99" and the 1.24" chassis parts from

Perhaps check out TCSS and see what is recommended by them.

Please see my reply to another thread with direct links to Sedsti Skyfaller and his Shapeways 3D store.  He is the only member who has been given permission by Ultra Sabers to advertise and sell his related wares on this forum.  Sedsti has many pleased customers and may be able to create a specific customization for your saber needs.

Sorry, I thought it's OK as those chassis are 'addons' to an UltraSaber and neither US themselves nor anyone else here (including Sedsti) are offering anything like it.

I completely forgot though about the MHSv2-stuff from TCSS (as MHSv2 seems kind of a dud); with 'suited for 1" ID' those chassis parts might fit into a Prophecy, too:

Hmm, it would really be interesting to see if Sedsti is willing to create specific chassis for our US sabers.
After all it's quite some work and I'm not sure whether it would be worth the effort (in comparison to just get a 'generic' chassis).
