A huge success and a massive thank you!

Recently, I was tasked with planning a bachelor party and some after wedding festivities for my best friend. I had stumbled upon ultrasabers over the summer and had done a fair share of reviewing and was pleased with what I had researched. I made my first purchase, which was a huge expense for my budget (I’m still recovering) but it was worth it.

As a very indecisive person I couldn’t decide on what I wanted so I went with a large assortment of mystery sabers. Some with sound, many without. I also purchased 2 very beautiful sister blades with a coupler as my wedding gift for my friend. You see, he has been spinning fire staff for many many years and what could be more awesome than incorporating a double bladed saber into his routine/practice?!  I ended up getting 2 v4 LE apprentices for him, one blue and the other red. The plan was for his gf to be the sith alternative and they dueled with the sabers. He has the coupler to combine them for his staff and the stand to show it off when he’s not using it. All in all, an amazingly well appreciated wedding gift. Not at all practical by means of wedding gifts but it certainly wowed the crowd!

After the wedding, dinner, and after party; we all went out for a bit of late night fire spinning to show off while tipsy. Unfortunately, it was last minute and unplanned and so we didn’t have the fuel to really keep it going for long. Ultrasabers to the rescue. Before the crowd was given the chance to disperse and call it a night I pulled out my dufflebag of a dozen extra sabers and turned them on and passed them around. Suddenly, the entire outdoor pavilion was transformed into an arena where sith and Jedi were locked in battle! It was sooo much fun and I was given a million compliments and thank yous for the awesome sabers, their quality, and the fun we all had that night. It really was an event I will never forget and it couldn’t have gone so well without ultrasabers!
I can’t wait to save up for another saber. I plan on getting an actual personalized saber with sound this time around instead of a mystery saber. The curved hilts are especially calling to me so I expect to be getting something like dookus blade next! I hope everyone here has had similarly awesome times with their purchases and for those of you who are skeptical or indecisive I hope this post reaches you as you really cannot go wrong with ultrasabers!

Hello and welcome to the forum there, octemrad.  Great story of how you ordered sabers through mystery boxes and how you brought them to your best friend's wedding.  Not only that, you bought him a staff!  Now that's not a good friend, that's a great friend!   Unfortunately with UltraSabers having so many options, it's hard to just focus on just one saber but you're off to a great start. I remember with most of my sabers, while waiting for them to arrive, I'm already looking at more so welcome to the addiction.
