What's a Roku? And have taken your PS4 in for a service to diagnose/fix the problem? I have heard that some PS3s would experience random glitches (powering off for no reason, not ejecting discs etc). Could just be a random design flaw.

My PS4 used to have issues not shutting down correctly. I actually unhooked it for a while and just used my XBOX One and PC for modern games. Well, I hooked it back up either last month or back in December, and I have yet to have an issue with it since then. **knocks on wood**

One issue that the PS4s can have is overheating. Apparently, the thermal goop they put on the CPU is crap, and some people take theirs apart and put on better stuff. There are YouTube videos on how to do this.
