Its all that up and down over the mountains...  It usually takes 2 days to get to me here in Alabama from Texas. At least, the last 4-5 orders have all been 2 days in transit. |

Try contacting Marlena ( [email protected]). She will usually get back to you either that same day or the next. If I recall, you wanted to have your recharge port on the front rather than the back, correct? This may be the hold up. Mine was just a standard Consular with the V4 sound card. Nothing fancy. |

The controller card is usually taped to the battery pack, and there should be a mini USB or micro USB port on that card. So you have to take the pommel off and extract the card, then find the port on the card, then plug into that with your micro-USB cable, and connect THAT to your PC.
There should be a "how to" video in the Obsidian Order / Diamond Database somewhere. There may be a nice tutorial on the Ultrasabers website as well. If nothing else, the promotional video often shows the sabers plugged in and how to get them connected.

While watching the video on YouTube. Copy the whole browser bar link. Paste it to the forum and remove the "s" from the https. That is all you need to do. Click on preview to make sure it is working correctly. Then post.
