Karmack, man that V3 Dominix is dead sexy!  I love that you put the Catalyst Pommel on it, giving it a more extended look and feel.  Is it in Sentinel Yellow as well?

Yes, its SY.   And it is the epitome of "basic black".   I love it.   Though I am thinking hard of painting the hilt "rings" on it much as I painted the Violet Amethyst Initiate V3s, only with satin-finished black, so the only real difference would be texture, not color.

I saw a similar treatment on a Dodge Avenger once and it looked amazing.   So...    :-)
