Oh, that's a BEAUTIFUL Catalyst! The Dark Catalyst was my first Ultrasaber! Magnificent piece, but not great for dueling, i'm afraid.

Here is Master Husband in his Kylo Ren outfit with my red-bladed Guardian. We went with Sithly eye makeup instead of the mask because it was just too damn hot outside!  |

Nice. Hey the little one could use an Apprentice saber, then get a 16 inch blade, then cut it even shorter like that length. Just giving an idea =] He seems to already love the idea of sabers and Star Wars obviously. Being raised right <3 Exactly how I'm gonna raise my kids whenever I have them. Lol. Actually went to wal mart earlier and a kid bought an electronic lightsaber, couldn't tell who's, but I was like to my mom, being raised right. Lol

I have such a thing but they are V3s so they are a bit heavy for him and too big around. While I am posting though, here is one more shot of my costume, dolled up a bit.  |

I was at GMX in Nashville this past weekend (Geek Media Expo), and on Saturday I broke out my X-Wing pilot suit complete with added Ultrasaber. Here I am with my Dark Initiate V4 (my first saber. also, picture is not mine but saved off facebook from the person that did.):  With exception of the lightsaber, everything was made to Rebel Legion spec. Although, it is a mix of purchased and crafted parts. The boots, comm pad, chest box, white vest, gloves, blaster, holster/belt, and metal parts were all purchased. The webbing harness and belt I made my self, as well as modifying the coveralls. The helmet I bought as a kit, but I built and hand-painted it myself. Unfortunately, I made it a little on the small side. It does fit, but it's not all that easy to get on and off. |
