Great pics guys! Points flew! (For camera settings in a darker environment I'd suggest to increase the ISO value and use a tripod (or a painter's ladder  ) to get a nice colour haze around the blade. Zren, you have it there!) |

ISO at 800, shutter speed at 8, and exposure like half way up. Its in the negative area on the middle line if that makes any sense. Gives good results on any color even FX sabers =] Its in shutter speed mode so. And also lets enough light in the surrounding area as well

Wow you guys are awsome.Thanks for the tips .Not sure my camera even works after today (she dropped it at a wedding and I saw! so it is totally not my fault. Therefore any money already accrued goes directly to lightsaber fund). Or should I get a camera? think you all know whats gonna happen. On a happier note. Perhaps the cam will only take 10 mins to fix . |

Nice Zren. Camera is ok I was just milking it with the Mrs.(not very often I can do it so made the most and pretended it was worse than it was. lol)It was just cosmetic and only took a few mins. I'm debating whether to post pics here of my boys tomorrow when they open their sabers. I get freaked out with putting kids out there like that, cuz of predators. Might just post the sabers, and their reaction or what not
