Yeah I gotta go with Robyn on this. I haven’t had any communication at all other than finding out the results of the raffle and I suspect it’s partly because what I asked for is out of stock at the moment. Or at least part of it is. So I’m betting they’re getting orders out based on both date of purchase and availability of supplies. So we should expect to see some orders fulfilled before older ones if the parts for those orders are on hand where the others are not.

All I know is that I won one of the Diamond prizes and I have to wait for Emory to contact me and the other top tier winners about what Saber we want and upgrades on it.

You should’ve had an email already on that one. I won the emerald prize and got a request for what I wanted the day the raffle ended. I replied back to that email with what I wanted using screen captures from the build list after building it on the site and I asked for a couple of things that weren’t listed as options because they were out of stock and I asked a couple of questions in that email but haven’t had a reply yet. But I would think that initial email should’ve been sent to you already.

I got the original email congratulated me for winning the Diamond prize and I emailed Ana 3 times at US to choose my prize and she finally got back to me and informed me that Emory will be contacting the top tier winners to choose their saber and pricing for upgrades. |
