It happens when it happens. I ordered two separate lightsabers in January, the busiest time. Both were eventually shipped out of course. Ultrasabers is doing their best. And they still manage to hold raffle prizes and giveaways.

It happens when it happens. I ordered two separate lightsabers in January, the busiest time. Both were eventually shipped out of course. Ultrasabers is doing their best. And they still manage to hold raffle prizes and giveaways.

This is the best statement I've heard in regards to the current situation with Ultrasabers. They're busy, give them time. |

We must have been on the same call list. I was literally just contacted and my upgrades on my diamond prize are being taken care of as of now. I added a covertec wheel and my 1st ever, recharge port and charger. There going to send my entry in the same package! And as an update, Marlena is a bit behind, so much to do, but will be getting to work on my Diamond Renegade LE issue! Patience pays off people. It doesn't matter when you may have ordered something, Emory and the gang at Ultrasabers are going to make it right. Anyway, I'm super stoked! Can't wait for them to get here!

Awesome news! Mine is also on the way, despite a small mix-up (my fault) I should have my entry and prize next week. Pictures to follow, of course. :-) Excited to see what the grab-bag is. I'm expecting some form of Aeon or Sentinel, but you never know. LOL |

Agreed. I just wish I hadn't fat-fingered my address! LOL At least what I entered (I reversed two numbers) is "invalid" and not one of my neighbors! So at least I don't have to worry about them sending it to the wrong place. LOL And who knows? It may just go through. I asked USPS to hold it at the PO for pick-up so maybe. I am just worried their system will kick it out for an invalid address and send it back to US. I already spoke to Marlena about it so if that happens they'll fix it and re-send, but it will of course delay arrival. Which qualifies as A Bad Thing in my book. LOL *sigh* Oh well. It is what it is. If the shipping snafu (again, my own fault) delays it a week I'm still 2-3 weeks ahead of where I expected to be. So there's that! LOL |
