It's so cool to see all the entries and prizes. Having fun watching the reviews as well. Loving my new Catalyst. But the Crimson Scorpion is phenomenal. Definitely in my top 10 sabers. So glad I went with the Crimson.

Lol. I am still waiting almost 6 weeks later but I have no gauge since this is my first order and raffle win. I’m just trying to figure out if my order is more difficult to assemble and ship out. Did you check your spam folder to see if it got caught there instead of your inbox? That could be why you didn't see it yet. You can also contact US customer support and put the Spring Raffle Emerald win, the order # for the entry, forum name and see if they some how missed sending the email out. |

Was your Spring Raffle entry one of the lightsabers that are currently out of stock? That could be why it hasn't shipped yet. A 4th tier prize should be a grab bag hilt, so that shouldn't have held up the shipment. I had won a Emerald Prize and had everything upgraded with Diamond controllers and added at cost quite a few things and I got my stuff back on 5/7/20. All my hilts and parts were in stock at that time and they prioritized Raffle wins to try and get them all out before May 4th. (for May the 4th Be With You Day). You can also try contacting US Customer Support about your Raffle Win and see what the status is. |
