Heres a Jedi Pommel I made using a TCSS Brass Insert
I have a Sith one to complete once the Black Pommel arrives

Very nice. I just order some of these from them as well but the ones they drilled. Yours is fantastic.  Did  you use their clip or o-ring or glue

I used the C-clips which were a pain in the a** It took some time but I finally got it in there flush
