Hello Everyone,  I'm a first-time Ultrasabers owner and I got the Graflex.  However, I don't know how to remove the blade. There is a screw at the top that I believe should be the one that has to be removed, but none of my allen wenches fit that screw.  I placed the order for the blade wrench and I also wanted to get the belt clip, but once I got it, it doesn't fit that screw either.

I also no have idea how to remove or change the batteries.  I checked the site and I see plenty of video reviews on the sabers, but I didn't see anything for how to take them apart.

Thanks,
MarekPrime

The correct screw is the screw above the front greeblie. It is either a cap screw like in my picture or a button head screw and the wrench US ships does not fit either one. The wrench is only for the more common set screws used in most of the other sabers. The cap screw needs a 9/64 hex wrench and the button head needs a 3/32, while the standard set screws use the 5/64 wrench they ship.

To change the batteries just unscrew the pommel, base cap, and shake out the battery holder.

The cap screw is blade retention point:

Thank you.   I have two Allen Wrench sets and I feel like I have tried them all.  I just checked again and it looks like the ones I have are mm and it's in between the 2mm and 2.5mm.  Which looks like that would be exactly 3/32 in inches.   I'll see if I can get the correct Allen wrench size.

And I had a feeling that the bottom screws off, but the last thing I wanted to do was break something that was not suppose to twist off.  Cheesy

Thanks!

When I first got mine, the pommel was on so tight I had to fabricate a tool to loosen it without damaging the finish.

I use strap wrenches with rubber straps when this happens to mine. They are about $5 each at Walmart so I got a pair.
