Hello, this is my first time posting here and also my first Ultrasaber purchase after many years of wanting to get one. First off the saber I bought was the Bellicose and it's absolutely beautiful and works great except for when I removed the blade for the first time. For reference i have the black blade holder to make this easier to undertsand. So using the tool I removed the blade inside of the blade holder and no problems but I turned the saber upside down and the piece under it, I assume producing the bright color for my blade jiggled out of place and was sticking out of my saber. I thought no biggie and carefully turned my saber back over and was basically just trying to get it back in place, I basically tried to let itself go back into place and just sort of guide it but it wont go back down all the way hence not letting me put my blade holder back in all the way and not sitting flushed anymore. The piece under the blade holder is basically just stuck now and I don't wanna try and dig in there and forcefully pull it out or try and push it down farther. This saber is brand new and i feel like I already somehow ruined it. i already emailed Ultrasabers and I currently am still waiting for a reply but I thought I'd ask the nice people here on the forum and see if anyone else had this problem and if there is something I could do to solve it or if I have to send my Saber back. I do not know if i am allowed to post pics or links to pics but if someone can let me know I can reply to this post with pictures to better explain my issue. Thanks to all who read and or reply.

Yes you are allowed to place pictures etc. on this forum.
Use something like imgur to upload your pictures. Copy the entire URL of the picture. Hit the 'Insert image' button (second from the left, bottom row) Paste the URL inbetween the bracked code - Should look something like this [ img ] https:// worldwideweb. yadayoda.jpg [ /img ] Ofcoure without the spacings and with a real url Hit the preview button to check if it worked. Post
Now for you blade. I don't own a Bellicose, so I'm not sure about all the extra/different parts. But usually the saber has a batterypack in the bottom of the hilt, a switch in the middle and a LED on the top. One wire from battery to switch, one from switch to LED and one from LED to battery. Assuming you have a stunt saber. If you have one with sound etc, then a few extra parts are in there, but you'll understand.
If your batterypack is stuck and you can't get it out by tapping etc. You can turn most of the sabers upside down and let the LED slide out. That way you can use a chopstick or something alike to push the batterypack out carefully from the top. It should work the other way round, remove the batterypack and gently push the LED back out. And then gently put it back in.
Don't try and cut anything or stuff like that, cause that won't do anything good for your warrenty. You've allready mailt US and they probably will give you advise or ask you to send back your saber so they can repair it for you.
But I'm sure alot of members here will have a Bellicose and will help you any further.

I'm not as familiar with the Bellicose as I am other sabers, but it sounds like your wires may have bunched up on the switch or something, blocking the MLS unit from sliding all the way back into place.
I would remove the blade holder and try tapping it out. Tap the tip of the angled emitter on a cutting board or hobby board to prevent damage to the metal and thump it down firmly. That should dislodge it. Once you get it out, take a look at the wire arrangements, you may have to do a bit of minor "cram-fu" to get it to fit back in all the way.
Another thing that has happened to me is one of the power wires to the MLS actually got wedged between the side of the hilt and the MLS unit, jamming it. I had to do what Tai suggested for that one, remove the battery pack and use a narrow dowel rod to push the MLS unit out the front. For that I probed gently until I made contact with the unit, then pushed firmly. I did NOT thump it or use a striking tool, just gentle pressure until it came out. There is still a risk of breakage, unfortunately, but as long as its not to firmly jammed in place it should work.
Anyway, I hope that helps. Please post some pics of the jam, sometimes visuals are more revealing as well.

One way to help guide the wires back in right is to get the LED hosing back out, remove the pommel and gently remove the battery pack as you guide the LED housing back in. The battery pack then pulls the wire along beside the switch keeping it from bunching up on the wrong side.

That is an excellent tip! Point!

Wow thank you and everyone else for responding i have uploaded 2 pictures to imgur here: https://imgur.com/gallery/WISW1i2 I have descriptions added to them. From what it seems I think the wires may have jammed it, I will try very lightly to get something thin and wedge it just enough to fall out so it can be properly guided in. If all else fails i might end up sending it in to be looked at so i dont end up breaking it. Just a note for the second picture which is the bottom of my saber with pommel off, i thoguht when i took that off a battery pack would fall out but thats all i see. I have obsidian lite sound os i could be mistaken but even when i had the top part currently out that is now stuck i dont remeber seeing a battery pack there.

UPDATE: i managed to get the piece that was stuck and unstuck but now i've run into the problem or at least what i think is a problem on why i made that piece come out in the first place. So i got it unstuck and it took a few tries but got it to go down and I think it is sitting on the lip to where it cant go down any farther but when i put my blade holder in it is not flushed with the top of it so it must not be. this was why i took the blade holder out and made the piece under it come out because after the first time i took the blade holder out and put it back in i noticed it wasnt flushed and i'm almost certain it is supposed to be. here is a pic for this problem https://imgur.com/gallery/erKFwfV thanks for anyone who is sticking with me for this

This is a picture of my Bellicose, which I had for a while but it eventually went to someone as a gift. note, this is a "four button" version, with the manual RGB set-up. But the part of note: Mine also had the dark blade holder, and you'll notice that the blade holder does not sit flush at the bottom of the angle. It is partially exposed. Its a little bit easier to see in this shot: But my point is that your blade holder may not be in the wrong position at all. If the MLS unit (the LED holder) is all the way in and the blade holder is flush against it, you should have a few millimeters exposed above the lower edge of the angle. And as long as it is installed and secure, you're good to go. Can you take a shot of yours installed? It would be good to see how much of the blade holder is in fact exposed. Thanks!

What you see on the bottom is the speaker. The battery pack is attached to the top of that. It can be safely pulled out enough to change batteries. It will need to be when they die.
