Having said that... the answer is “maybe.”
You will have to email
[email protected] VERY QUICKLY, with your Order # in the subject line, and maybe something about “MISSING COUPON CODES” while you’re at it. Then, in the body of the email, briefly and politely explain what happened, and ask them to apply the coupon codes.
I hate to say this, but you messed up, plain and simple; you did not follow the instructions to get the coupon code’s effects. They might not be able to help, because it might be too late. You need to be prepared for that possibility, because it’s very real. On the other hand, you might get lucky, and they might see your email in time, and choose to bend the rules.
