Hi, having problems with my Crimson Scorpion, at the moment it doesn't light up, sounds are there ok, but no light, when it hasn't been in use, I've removed the rechargeable batteries, although after a few months, despite charging them correctly , it won't work at all with them in, any help would be appreciated

Charge or replace the batteries.  What you describe is the primary symptom set of weak or incorrect batteries. It usually comes from people changing their 3.7 volt lithium ion cells with standard 1.5 volt AA cells, not realizing the difference.

It needs to be 14500, PCB protected and 3.7v
There are higher mAh ratings than 800, but those are mostly fake or inferior to most genuine Li-Ion batteries.
The max capacity rating of genuine Li-Ion batteries that are suitable for Ultrasabers' battery packs is 800 mAh (mostly from TrustFire or XTAR).

The trustfires US used to ship are 900mAh I still prefer those over the cells they ship now. After 6 years I haven't  had any go bad and they still run longer than the newer yellow ones.
