Having trouble connecting Diamond Saber to Launcher

Hi everyone!

So I'm new, and I recently got the Dominix v5 saber with a Diamond Controller. I have the launcher installed but when I plug the saber into my laptop its not connecting. Anyone have any tips?
My laptop is a 2018 Alienware with Windows 10. I installed it fine and followed the directions but its just not connecting to my laptop via the USB and I'm not sure why. Thank you all!!


**EDIT: I figured it out!! It was the USB I was using.
