If anyone in Dallas, and the surrounding areas, wish to get together and spar, I'm game. I have no actual lightsaber sparring experience but I'm a fast learner. Just shoot me a PM and we'll see what we can work out. Although I do need to order a new blade for my saber. I think my old roommate cracked the tip jacking around and now the tip won't stay in the blade.

hello there Texan.. i was born a breed in the great state myself.. i live in Florida now... but there is an easy fix for the blade tip, try some super glue.. not the fake stuff, the real deal stuff, and put some around the edges of the tip then put it in to the top... turn it upside down and let the hilts rest for 24 hours... bet that will hold the tip in again for along time...

Appreciate it. I'll give it a try, if nothing else to get me by until I can place an order for a new blade. The crack, however, does run down into the blade so the overall strength and durability is probably shot. |

I don't know what he was doing with it. I didn't notice the crack for the longest time, partially because I was staying at my girlfriends apartment, and once I had noticed, of course he played dumb. But I know it wasn't anything I did because I didn't have any sparring partners so I wasn't hitting anything with it

lol no worries.. if that super glue dont do the trick.. theirs always some duct tape cut .. or ripped, in thin strips.... and make a plus, then tightly wrap the areajust under the crack... let it sit with even more tighter pressure... guarantee the duct tap will never fail
i mean.. its duct tape.. it can hold a old school Buick!

I'm definitely going to be making some repairs to that blade. Probably use a combination of tape and glue. At least enough to get me by till I can order an UltraEdge Heavy Grade
