I'm planning to do exactly this.  My martial arts training is 20 years old and I'm way out of shape so I'll initially be using my phantom for strength and flexibility training.  As I do this I plan to document everything from a noob point of view as I work my way up to training specific forms.  Its going to be embarrassing, but I hope my feeble attempts can give other people the courage to do the same.

Master R your videos are always the best! I love that training structure. Did you construct that at the dojo or is it outside? The flow was great, I am always in awe of your skills, my master.

I am working on practicing 2-handed techniques with my extra long Guardian style(green default)  Grand Master with 40 inch blade.  I have been practicing some but 2-Handed styles are a bit different then shorter blade.
I have watched a few Utubes.. but  This old guardian is rusty with his techniques.. any suggestions?? thanks. Yes I went with Diamond sound and combat thick tube.
