Hello everyone!
Today was the day it arrived!
I was having a killer migraine and thus i was out cold for half of the day. My parents were going away with their camper, and my mom came to say goodbye and stuff, not telling me my package arrived.
So when i finally got over that hell headache i cam downstairs and...BAM PACKAGE ON THE COUCH!!!
Ive never forgotten a migraine so fast as at that moment, a long package very neatly even was there for me. Other than alot of stickers on it, it was in perfect state, so shipping is very good!
Opening the box:
So i took the long box and opened it carefully (you never know if something might drop out) and there it was...my Ghost! It was tight packet in bubblefoil and those green foamy things, there was no movement at al inside the box.
The Hilt:
I took a grabbag because this is my first saber. I got a red anodized (i think whats its called
) hilt, and a rather large one too. I was amazed by the look AND the feel of it. Like im actualy holding a saber!! There is however one little problem and thats the weight, it has quite some beef to it at the end of the pommel. So its strictly a two hander saber.
The blade and color:
Ive never seen such smooth blades in these kind of things. Ive seen toysabers made from plastic and thats all wobbly at some point. When its off, it doesnt bother at all that you still see the blade. Id like to think that when its off, its like a vibro-blade =P I took the color BR, as Sith thats almost manditory xD Its still daylight here so its not yet that intense BUT still feels and looks like a real one. Ofc i need to test in the dark later today xD
My thoughts:
Ultrasabers has won me over thats for sure! The product is so much more than what i expected. I now know what to look for when ordering my next saber (because that WILL happen!) like for instance the weight from it. I named my saber "Ghost" because it was litterly 10 minutes away from me for 3 days, so it was with me and at the same time not with me. It lived up to its name even more when it was suddenly here today...like a true Ghost!
Now i know what you all think.."ÖMG Cb!! such a wal of text an not one single pic!!" hehe.
