Hello fellow forumites! Here is my video review for the Ultrasabers' Arbiter. As I say repeatedly in the video (I tend to reiterate things a LOT) this is a b-e-a-u-tiful saber. Here is a text based review for those who don't feel like listening or can't at the moment.

I am so pleased with the hilt of the Arbiter! I was really surprised by the weight. Maybe it's just me, but it seems to be lighter than both my Liberator V3 and Dark Prophecy V3. All are wonderfully balanced hilts to wield, but the Arbiter feel more like an extension of my arm than the other two sabers (Not dissing either one because I love them all, just remarking on how light it seems) even though it's longer. Maybe the lightness is due in part to the MHS parts rather than a single piece of metal...I don't know but it sure seems lighter.

I can use the Arbiter as a one handed saber due to my height and arm length, but it feels so perfect with two hands. The different grips are spectacular to look at but also to hold on to. Also, the choke point near the emitter seems to be a perfect balance point with a MG blade. It allows me to have natural feeling pivots while spinning and also is great for two-handed downward slashes. I love the pommel. I fell in love with it when I got my Liberator with the Arbiter/Archon pommel, and I just love the look and feel of it.

My three LEDs with Quick Disconnects are Consular Green, Sentinel Yellow, and Sunrider's Destiny. I use all three about equally because they are all nice and bright and are oh so easy to switch off with the QDs.

As to the sound, OBSIDIAN FOR LIFE!!! I've remarked many times before, but the Obsidian really takes the sabers a step further in realism. When I ordered my first saber, I got sound because I thought it would be my only saber...my dear was I ever in denial! The Obsidian is so incredible that once finances pick up a bit, I'll be ordering a soundboard for the custom build that I did a little while ago.

The illuminated AV switch is incredible. Like I said to someone a little while back, you really need to go with whatever colour your favourite is. One of my favourite colours has always been green, and I love the green switch. Also, the AV switch makes the Arbiter feel even more realistic. I half expect a "real" lightsaber blade to shoot out when I turn it on.

I know I say this every time that I review a saber and every time that I order one, but I couldn't be happier!!! The saber is really durable as you would expect from US and bright as well. I have nothing but good to say about their craftsmanship and customer service. They truly have a satisfied customer in Benjamin Pass. Oh, and they included an extra set of batteries with my order which was a very pleasant surprise!

May the Force be with you!

The Arbiter hilts seem to becoming more and more popular on here, and after this video I can see why!  That thing looks stunning in green, especially with the green AV (but then I'm biased there, with my CG love).  I also swap between three MLS units with my main Ultrasaber, the Consular - I use CG, BR, and SY.

Good stuff BenPass, thanks for the review!

Thanks to both of you Smiley the only Arby I had seen when I ordered mine was Manroon's but I loved how it looked.

The blade is standard mid grade. Yeah, the CG is one of my favorites (always been a Consular) but I must say that all US colors are stunning.

Nice review. I noticed in your video that you mentioned that you would like to try it with the 40" blade. I highly recommend that you do. I have a shock le with a tcss extension on it making it about the same hilt length as the arbiter with a 40"er on it and I absolutely love it.

I haven't actually. I don't have any heavies which is why I haven't. I haven't needed any thus far, but I'll most likely pick one up when I finally send in my Libby for repairs.

Why thank-ee Smiley

Thank-ee to you too! I thought the different colours would be good to show people what it could look like.

I'll have to do that soon! I think it would really be great on my Dark Prophecy too as I find the hilt a bit short.

Yeah I am a ultra customer first and foremost, however that being said when it comes to getting mhs parts to customize one of my ultrasabers then I will go to tcss.
