Like the videos.  Love the Blue.  Captain Planet for the win though.  Thanks for posting.  Enjoyed watching very much.

Now that's more like it.  I liked the first vids, but I always enjoy seeing sabers ignited in a lower light setting to get the dramatic effect of the colors that folks have chosen.  Very nice!

written review for the gaurdian

this hilt is fantastic! it is very detailed and consists multiple layers; the shroud lines up perfectly with the rest of the saber and really adds to the realism and detail of this saber.  the pommel is beautiful and really stands out. the holes towards  the emitter let light shine through and is really a nice touch! This is a big and heavy hilt compared to some other saber designs, but this does not mean that it is not practical.  this, like all ultrasabers is great for dueling.  the blade fits snugly and securely in the saber sitting more than 2 inches into the hilt.  i havent measured but it probably 2 1/2 inches.  with 2 blade retention screws the blade stays there! personally i love this hilt with the 36'' heavy grade blade because it makes the saber feel SO solid in your hands and the weight makes it feel like the kind of sword a fully armored knight would use. of course, as with all ultra sabers, the mid grade blade does give you quicker and easier handling because its a little lighter. I got this saber in consular green and i love the color it is very bright!

written review for the dark initiate V3

I love the initiate, it has great size to it.  the V3 is a little wider and longer than the v2.  this extra bit of size allows the V3 to be sound capable and also allows it to have two choke points.  these choke points really make the v3 stand out over the v2.  the chokes are comfortable and are a perfect place for your hand.  for me, I think of the v2 initiate as strictly a one handed saber.  the initiate v3 is, to me, just long enough for two hands making this the perfect saber for one handed AND two handed dueling.  i think this saber is perfect with the 32'' inch mid grade blade but depending on what mood im in i do use all the blades, from initiate blades to full size heavy blades and this saber handles them all of course! this is the perfect saber for someone who wants pure functionality and prefers their saber to be a little bit on the small size.  i share this with my GF who is 5'2 with small hands; she loves the initiate for example, but finds the gaurdian too big and heavy.  i recommend getting this in the limited edition because it really makes a big difference to the aesthetics of the saber in person. also, i did get two of these as i ordered them as a staff  Smiley i got one saber red and the other blue because mainly i had one handed combat in mind, i thought i would just be sharing these so two different colors seemed like the way to go.  let me just tell you that staff spinning is soooooo much fun and really easy to pick up! if you get a staff you will not regret it. i actually play with this in staff form more than anything else.  as it turns out its not as easy to find people to duel with as i thought it would be, at least so far, so im really happy i have a staff so i can have plenty of fun by myself too.  eventually i will get a full sized staff made up of two dominx sabers and when i do i plan to get both blades the same color.  this is my recomendation to any of you that plan to get a saber staff.  while it is fun to have different color blades for dueling, in my opinion, the staff looks better in one color. thats just my opinion at the moment.  i have had some people tell me that when they looked out the window they thought the cops were coming (because i have one red and one blue blade) surely im not trying to scare anyone like that!
