Yep, Aeon V2 and V3. Two of my favorite hilts.  The Aeons aren't necessarily good any more than the Dominixes are evil. The only difference is the finish, which is a purely personal choice. Palpatine was evil and his sabers were chrome and gold. Darth Maul also had a silver finish on his. Meanwhile, Qui-Gon's had a lot of black. Incidentally, my first order was a grab bag, an Initiate LE V4 (silver and gold) with a red blade also. |

After looking through the last 3-4 pages to see what the previous Grab Bags were, I'm now more anxious about the one I ordered yesterday. Originally, I just wanted a Heavy Grade blade with a random color without the bells, whistles and spinning rims, but when I went to checkout I saw it would be roughly $91 with shipping. I deleted the first order from my cart and started over; I added a blade plug, Covertec wheel & clip, and the little Allen wrench tool for the blade retention screw just to get the free shipping  In retrospect, I could've chosen my own color for the blade instead of the blade plug, but I like the idea of some randomness to the whole process. Then came the email from US, stating my saber has been shipped, followed by another one from FedEx with the tracking number. As of 8:41pm Mountain time (I think?), it's in transit from Houston, ETA is Wednesday the 31st. If they deliver it while I'm at work, I'm driving 90mph down the freeway to get home quicker |

Making an order for a pommel and got another grab bag and a couple of blade plugs with a 6 pack of spare blades to get it over $100. Here's what the grab bag turned out to be. Dark Sentinel LEV4  Put the 'Archon' pommel on it.   Lit Up Blazing Red  |

My new Grab Bag saber is here!!!  Dark Sentinel v4, with Covertec wheel. I like where it's placed   This one comes with a non-illuminated black AV switch, was not expecting that  36" Heavy Grade blade, looks pretty good in the hilt  Pushed the AV switch, and found that it lights up to Blazing Red. Holy cow, it is bright! I'm truly impressed with this first order. I tempered my expectations so that I could just roll with the randomness of the Grab Bag, and I simply love this saber. I may write a review and post a video some time next week. Many thanks for this awesome saber!!! |
