Just a question, and I hope nobody takes this in the wrong way, but what is this MLP craze? Or more specifically, why? I have nothing against the show or anyone who watches it, I'm really just curious. It seems to have become really popular with demographics other than girls ages 5-12 and I'm curious as to what I'm missing. I've never seen the show, and never known anyone in person who watches it, so I figured a group like this could help explain to me the intricacies of my lack of insight. I mean, I would assume I'm somewhat similar to other people on this forum, so maybe there's a chance I could get into it.

Quite simply, it's a good, well-written show with clever humor and characters that everyone can relate to. It also contains references to pretty much everything awesome and I often recommend it as an antidepressant  |

I guess not, since it seems Cadance and Shining are the rulers of said empire. Could just be that they have a special kind of magic/power exclusive to them, kinda like a Kekkei Genkai(did I just compare Naruto to MLP? XD).
Now what I want to know is, WHEN DOES IT AIR?!? I NEED MOAR PONY. FAST.
