How sad is it that I have to tell an office full of adults that the limited number of electrolyte freeze-pops are only for the shop workers?
For those that don't know, I work for an aluminum extruder. Think Play-doh fun factory but with aluminum. That means log ovens heating billets to just under melting (roughly 900º), die ovens which pre-heat dies so they don't break from thermal shock, tempering ovens for heat treating aluminum after extrusion, and the baking ovens for our vertical powder-coat line. Needless to say, it's f@#$ing hot out there.

Don't know. These we get from an industrial distributor type place. Last year we had them deliver a whole pallet (30 some odd boxes). We used all but 2.5 boxes (140 pops/ box) before the temps cooled for fall. I haven't been keen to try these. They always develop a soft spot when frozen, where the electrolytes concentrate. XÞ But Logos, they want them. you can't tell them they are for others who need them more.
And if I cared about what was popular, I'd never have found my troll. <sarcastic  > |
