WOW! I ordered an Initiate v2 in Tri-Red and a blade-less Grab bag (had to get the order past $100 for the current sale) on Sunday and it's already done and on its way.
That's a 2 day turnaround!!!!
I've gotten saber orders completed quickly in the past, but that's a new record for me.
Still waiting on a Dark Initiate v5 in Tri-AB I ordered 9/1, but that's just barely past 1 week.
I usually set my expectations around at least a month, but if they can get a stunt and a GB out that fast, it makes it that much more exciting that my older stunt order will be done sooner too.

Yeah most of my orders since I started collecting in Dec 19 have taken at least the advertised lead time, with a couple going just past 2 months. But I've had 3 orders take a week or less. One was just a GB without blade that shipped in 4 days, another was my Crimson Scorpion that shipped in a week. And I had placed both orders on the same day back in June. I was shocked that the Scorpion was done so fast since it was a custom order. This order surprised me because it includes both a GB and a custom saber, albeit just a stunt. Hopefully that means they are getting back to their fabled good turnaround times pre-2020. We'll see if my 9/1 stunt saber ships soon - |

It's purple. Violet amethyst, to be precise.  I agree, sometimes the picture doesn't do the blade justice. It's bright, though, even with an overhead light on in the room. |

I thought it was VA but I thought it might have been BH too. Could be the overhead light making it apear more pinkish. Looks amazing either way. |

Princess has arrived. Supposed to be Arctic Blue. Is a little too green to be considered such.   Might tear into it and see if it’s just a wrong resistor. I don’t hate the color, but it isn’t quite what I asked for. Is a rechargeable stunt, so that might be it too. I don’t know. |

Hello, I ordered my sabers on the 15. August and there are parts missing... I did not get any answers to the Mails im sending and nobody picked up the phone. So i hope to get an answer here from US staff or a member who knows stuf... I will write a new Mail to info; shipping; [email protected]. If I dont get any answer in the next five days i am forced to deny the payment via PayPal! Thanks in advance for any reply. Greetings Uruz PS: The sabers are all fine there are just 3 plugs one cuppler and 5 screwdrivers missing, but i want them since i payed for then! |

This is a group of UltraSabers customers and fans, not a way to reach UltraSabers customer service. Nobody here works for UltraSabers. We can give advice, but we can’t provide specific information about your order because we don’t have access to any of that information. The response times on the customer service emails have slipped quite a bit, too. All I can say is to keep sending POLITE emails to [email protected] with your order number in the subject line, but I wouldn’t send an email every day; that will just clog up the Inbox and make it harder to find the emails that need an answer other than “Yes, we have your order, and it’s in the processing queue, but I can’t tell you when it will ship, because we are waiting on <fill_in_the_blank>.” Now. On a personnal note, denying payment via PayPal, for a couple greebies that seems... Disingenuous. I doubt the amount of money for a couple of blade plugs and wrenches reach the amount you spent on the sabers themselves... If your intention is to start a claim to withhold payment of the amount of the blade plugs and wrenches then it's only natural. If not... |
