If I told you to keep an eye out for a Starkiller like Ultra Saber, would that make you feel better?  I'm not saying that... I'm just saying....

*GASP AND GIDDY!* I know i would be happy!

Wow. Really sorry about that. It looked great. Well, it still does, but you know what I mean. If you can, maybe cut and size a sink tube to put inside in order to be a little more sturdy?

yeah i could try that but i am looking at the possibilities to make it in metal.
Does anyone know a metal that is sturdy but easy to cut in shape?

Well, you could try a normal sink tube with a dremmel tool. They work well against other metals, so Im pretty sure it would be fine against an alluminum tube. I would ask the people over at a hardware store and see what they say and what advice they can give you.

i will try that as soon as money allows it. there is an empty space on my desk where that saber used to lay and i really can't stand it that i had to lose it this way.

How much watt are the seoul p4 ultra uses? I can buy 1 watt star leds in another town but i don't know if these are bright enough.

3 watt. Don't buy 1w LED's for a saber. This isn't 2006.

Mouser has some good prices for p4's: http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Seoul-Semiconductor/R42182/?qs=sGAEpiMZZMsgllGlynFdfgQfot8xfP4eI07GQdW13sc%3d
