To be honest i would be a total loss if i get two saber of my choice.......... you see i have so many designes in ym hand for saberstaffs it would be hard to choose one I just bought an Emerald Saberstaff with 2 initiate v4s. I'd absolutely lose my sh!t if I was able to get another one. |

My entry was also my first saber ever. Im really excited to get it.
I got an TRI Blue Obsidian Sentinel with a heavy 40' blade and a silver illuminated blue AV switch!

Honestly, I'd be hard pressed to figure out what to get if I won the top prize. I'd probably end up getting a mis-matched "staff", likely a Guardian and Scorpion...
Personally, I'd rather get the 1st or even 2nd prize. A grab-bag with sound and possibly emerald and random features... Yeah. That's where I want to be. :-)

Im 6'6 tall. I figured the long blade will suit me well Maybe... I'm 6'4" and frankly my favorite blade is the 32" in my Aeon V4. Its just so ... fast. But I'm a power striker and CQB is more my thing anyway. I generally refer to my form as Niman, since I often use a saber staff and incorporate the bo staff techniques I've learned as well as formal Shi Cho and katana forms, with some smattering of European sword forms as well. :-) Niman (FIRST Niman in particular) fits my style as it has always been a case of using all the bits and pieces you know in combination with your environment to maximize your strengths to the fullest. Though I sometimes drift towards Juyo... A danger my Master warned me against many times. ;-) At 6'6" I'm sure you're tall enough to use the longer blade, but make sure you compensate for it's slower reaction time! |
