You can try to close your hand with almost no wrist movement. You will get very wide orbits and learn where the saber wants to go in relationship to your body. Then open your hand in tiny steps and add more wrist. Thats how I practice all movements. Do it very slow and don't hurt yourself and be careful with your shoulder. Great progress btw. ! It almost looks like a flow documentary, I like it  |
