I have been trying to get a hold of them for a month now all my emails go unanswered, they never answer their phones, I don't get it seriously am I alone here on this? I'm not trying to be mean but as far as I can tell they don't have any customer service at all, it's very frustrating....

I just want to share another experience this week on Marlena's excellent customer service. In my Ultrasabers Bellicose unboxing video, I realized there was a missing item that I ordered. I emailed Marlena and in time she responded to get it sorted out to be shipped. Marlena asked if I would like it shipped right away or with my Princess (currently on pre-order), and I responded to save Ultrasabers some shipping cost, I'm OK with it shipping later with my Princess. Folks, we just gotta be understanding. Ultrasabers is doing their best to service the thousands of orders customers placed, and still finding time to do raffles and discounts.
