Hi Dutch,
As you know I was a semi-pro keyboard player and toured bits of England and I actually got to meet The Animals in person - well original members Hilton Valentine (guitars) and the drummer John Steel. They were performing at a venue I had played at and I met up with the singer Robert Kane and got his autograph for Mrs Tyeth and I cheekily asked if he would pass our program around the other band members to get their signatures. It worked, as while we chatted the venue manager walked past and acknowledged me so Robert invited me and Mrs T backstage to meet the other members.
It's true what they say abut the perks of being famous! Great song picks as usual everyone.
